back to the forex terms list Lagging Indicators - fundamental indicators reflecting the general direction of the economy. They confirm or deny the trend implied by the leading indicators. Also known as Concurrent Indicators. Leading Indicators - fundamental indicators that help to predict future economic activity. Leverage - A credit shoulder; a parity between extra and own means. LIBOR - abbreviation for The London Inter-Bank Offered rate. Limit Order - this type of order defines and restricts the maximum price to be paid or the minimum price to be received. Liquidity - The ability of a market to accept large transaction with minimal to no impact on price stability. Long - One who bought currency or owns a cash commodity.
