I have alywas used Esignal and have alywas been subscribed to them as I also trade stocks. I realize however that the footprint provides some unnecessary information, and I decided it wasn't needed in my type of trading. The footprint will show you information the is only relevant in the extremely near term, and in order to capitalize on that info, IMO, you have to be a scalper, which is very hard and unrealistic. The real money is in swing trading.Julian

I opened an account with small amount only , and they promise me they will work with me with this small mount until I gain forex experience after I did they tried to ignore me and they did not reply even my email or my chat.
Because They're trying harder to pushing me to deposit money as much as possible Usually , stating that "today they are a big chance in the forex market we do not want you to loose this opportunity but unfortunately you do not have sufficient amount to do make this trade". And they did their best to bush me to deposit more and more money, get pressured to deposit more and more money, along with "helpful" advice to place very large and dangerous trades that result in a margin call
Then I got angrily with him and tried to close my account with this company , but they never allow me to do so always they making trick for me to change my mind.
One day one of company staff ( his name is kamal siluman ) he called me up and he told my I am your manger account , why you make a problem with the company , we will do what ever you want , and he convince me to work with him and he He continued to convince me until I deposit almost nine thousand dollars to my account to get VIP advantages which mentioned in their website but he did not instead of that he cheating me to lost all my money which I deposited before.
“Every thing documented from my bank , and my account with them I took screen shots for every small thing because every day he is asking only about money and he is always put me on pressure that he can not work with my with that small amount it is ( more that 8 thousands dollars ) he always starting his conversation if I have money on my visa to deposit some money, in my account when he reach the amount and I saw the profit coming in.

On Monday, 27/02/2012 I decided to withdraw from my account only two thousands dollar, and of course that was not welcomed by my account manager who tried to stop me in various ways by convincing me to open a final deal, so I can withdraw after that any amount that I want .
, (the spread of silver is 550 pips) which cost me all my money , the deal was opened by phone with Mr. kamal suliaman and he did not tell me that he used my full account of this transaction, , It is clear that my account was not fit to open a transaction of this shape especially for a commodity such as silver, and for sure no honest account manager will recommend such a deal which obviously it was only to cause the loss of my money,
All this happened only because I want to withdraw only 2.000 thoudand dollar form my account
They're pushing people who don't know anything about Forex to deposit as much as possible immediately, stating that "we will work together and get profit". I didn't get any bonus on deposit - apparently with no reason.
asked him I want to take some money from my account why I asked him that ?? because my account is closed and without his permission I can not do any withdraw any amount.
I worked 2 months cautiously nights and day with this company I did not give up with, I did a big deal for this company I never took any profit, this time I need only 2 thousand dollar , then he told me we are going to make a good deal with the silver , you will get 3.000 dollar then after that your account will be open and you will take what ever you want.
He did that in six minutes and the profit achieve three thousand dollars, ( evidence attached ) then I told him I have to go out right now and I want to withdraw a money form my account because really I need it.
Then he told me again we still have another silver deal , after that you can take a money he manipulated over the phone ,the trade stared with minus 5.000 thousand dollar and went up to 12.000 thousand then message came to me if you want to safe your account you have to refund your account , and he called me over the mobile and he said to me you have no choice , fund your account or you may be in a risk , i cried a lot because that time i have no money in my credit card, I closed all the opened deal I thought by thess I can safe my account but unfortunately , suddenly the trade was close with more than 12.525.000 dollar lost, I lost my own money, my profit, my effort I worked with this company more than 50 days continuously day & night without give-up , I tried to do my best to learn something new , instead of that they put me on pressure , stress , cheating me , I lost my morale, my own money , my self confidence , my morale .
The next day I called him up with ful of tears and cry and I told him why you are cheating me , he is screaming at me and he told that Amal listen ! I do not have any time to talk with you now if you want your money back you have to deposit again at least 10 thousand Riyls and he closed the line
I did not get any thing from them, only fraud and deceit!!!
How I can get my physical rights, moral rights back from this company??
How can I help others to avoid this company, and do not allow them to repeat this kind of situation for the other people?
I have an evidence for every signal words here, email, my bank statement my account detail, their email etc..
After they know that I am not going to keep silent since lat week they block my account and put you in the sake of god without pity.

I haven't received my Money back for three weeks! you just get emails they move you to shadowy departments!

i have trier every thing possible the money they have taken off the trading acount after my withdrawl request but weeks later I have not received a cent .the manager that was looking after my acount after many e-mails phoned me once promising the money will be paid ...weeks later stil no payment..why will anybodey want to trade with this company if this is how they treat customers ...fast to ask for deposit slow to pay back when withdrawl is submitted.I started with this request in 2011 Dec still waiting ...mostley getting to grips with beeing scammed

I paid in $2000 and with the so called training all trades they gave me to do failed I requested to withdraw my money and now there is a absolute silence they refuse to give me my money ...the daily calls to invest has stoped they promise to call but never do it seems my money is gone the deposit option works but the withdraw funds dont

This is a scam. plain and simple. I have been robed by them for a lot of money. try to take your money and do not touch. you will loose every penny and more. here is their ploy
1- they are a market maker ... their job is to make u deposit as much as possible and loose it all ... then come for more ...
2- they assign u a consultant ... his job is to lure u / pressure u to deposit more
3- if u work on your own and make money the consultant will haunt u to follow one of his recos
4- most of his recos will be ok but with a very limited gain
5- then they will go for the kill - a huge huge trade - that makes u loose it all
6- they are simply thieves /

This is so obvious. This should be published in all the forex media.My experience is that you can still have 10K in your account, but if your "free Margin"is used up,they close your trades.This happens all the time if the market spikes like yesterday.Then the account managers will phone you and convince you to deposit more.If you lose they win.

We should tell him that due to market condition we have to expand his spreads or he should trade with higher exposure. His closed deals seems o.k and he already withdraw his profits. He always keeps small amount in his account. His account manager should try to change this method.

They keep asking you to deposit more & more aith all promises. They will give you good recommendation until you trust them and then they let you have a deal that will make you lose everything. Your account mngr will tell you I will keep eye on your ccount & the market and if something goes wrong, I will close the deal my self and then you find your self loosing all. I losed all profits plus 90% of my cabital. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. SCAM 100%.

They give you the feeling as if trading is happening in fact its just a demo account, if one loose money, everything goes into their pocket and if someone make money then don't want to hear about it, becuase no real profits were made.... They are very aggressive in their approach, and they try to make a fun out of you, to make you emotional to change your mind.... How they are still surviving .. where are the international authorities... no check on them... who are these people.. what is their agenda behind the veil... there is a big conspiracy ?!?!?!

I think most of readers above from UFX Bank ppl.So they appreciate UFX Bank , UFX bank professionals is coming in different names and making publicity for them.Many traders has lot of complaints about this broker.They to steal traders profit and withdrawal is very big task than currency trading.Better keep UFX away from your brokers.Thats good for your peace of mind.
