Greatest scam ever seen. A combination of freezing platform, stop loss hunting, dealing desk and crude stuff (after money deposit) will make you lose everything. Run as fast as you can.

I have been using this platform for quite some time and had not found any problems with it, until recently, when I began to pay closer attention to my stops and limits.
I did notice, several times, that when I placed my stops and limits, my trade would stop well before my target, but sometimes the trade ran past the limit without closing.
I called costumer service on several ocasions and was told that one must place a sell trad on a bid chart and a buy trade on an ask chart, but invert that when the stops and limits are concerned, I don't know if this is something that some people don't mind going through, or they simply don't notice, as I had not noticed for a long time. At this point the losses have piled up due to these confusing changes in price from chart to chart. I will be using another platform in which I can place my trades from one chart, without having to go through 6 steps to place a single trade.

moved my account to fx solotions after fxcm widened the spread to 33 pips on the e/j more than an hour AFTER nfp..........now that I've started trading with fx solutions, only ONE day......they emailed me asking for my "legal and current" visa to be in Thailand, other wise my account will be blocked or closed............ THIS is a huge red flag to me....called them plus emailed asking specific questions but only got a short email back NOT answering my questions.........well, lets see in a few days if they would respond or not after asking AGAIN for an explaination. I don't know if this is a scam company but they certainly don't favor the customer in any way, shape, or form. If you're even considering this company, stay far, far, away - I CAN'T EMPHASIZE THIS STRONGLY ENOUGH. I am going on every chat room having to do with FOREX to scream this to the world. During a trade, particularly if it's moving at all and not completely stationary, if it doesn't favor this broker, it will give a requote and give you a second or two to click yes and then disappear. If the trade favors the broker (is making them money), it will not do the requote, even during rapid changes in a currency price. This practice caused me a huge margin call even though I submitted the close order with enough time.

FXSol/Australia (MT4 Platform) is real robber! Last week they open trade for me with $790 loss. This morning (12/4/2009 Canadian Employment Change, 7AM), trading on news, I closed a position with about $2400 profit, to realize that they closed at same price at which was open ($0 profit). Responce: It was gapped and should not open! Graph shows that price did not gap. During NFP (8:30 AM, 12/3/09) I had a profit of $4345.05 just to realised an hour later that they took my profit - rationale: improper trading profit. When I complained about that, they deactivatedmy account. They also deactivated another account which I did not use for a months!

Attention! Keep them as far as possible! They are SCAM!
My money disappeared from my account. I was shocked. I asked them about my money, they answered that they sent my funds to IB. I never has any agreement with anybody third party, I also did not instruct FX Sol send my money to anybody. But they informed that I have to ask this person (their IB). Ridiculous, but this is true.

IFX seems to me a honest broker. The one respondent who says his stop was hit on the nose- did you check the price range with any other broker that day? This guy sounds like an amateur.

I like IFX.Why? The company has a branch in Boston, USA and is NFA registered. Tightest spreads I've ever seen and fair execution on both buy and sell. Hedging capability.

SUPERB customer service. Reliable platform.

I been with a dozen forex brokers over the years. Many are dubious, some dishonest, one went bankrupt. Try this one and see the difference.

Very user friendly platform, yes they do hit stops nicely before moving away in your direction, but the big problem is that they have these "bad Ticks" that wipe out your account, put you into negative and the real kickker is that thay don't appear on other platforms. These generally happen on minority currency pairs,so draw your own conclusions, but they sure cost myself a few bucks.
I'm desparate to find a honest platform so if anyone knows of one a posting here would be great
